A client gives us a call and the call is received in our 24 hour manned control room.
The client’s details, time of call, pick-up point and destination are recorded.
Our control room immediately dispatches a vehicle to the client’s pickup point and the driver notifies our control room once they have arrived.
The client boards the vehicle and the driver records the starting mileage. The driver notifies our control room of the client’s boarding and once again confirms the destination before departing.
The journey is monitored in real-time through our GPS tracking devices to ensure a safe and timely trip.
